My story

Starting over doesn’t mean starting from nothing.

My name is Capricia Cunningham, and I’m the author of The Phoenix Rise: The Book.

I know what it feels like to look at your life and ask, “Where do I go from here?” I also know that the things we have survived can become part of the strength we use to move forward.

That is the heart behind The Phoenix Rise.

I wrote this book to encourage people navigating change, rebuilding their confidence, and learning to believe in what comes next. I want readers to recognize that their past does not erase their possibilities.

Why I’m asking for support

Writing the book was one part.
